Break free from the dream.

You groan. Not only is the sun shining through the window, but it looks like it's well past morning. You turn to see Eva nestled comfortably under the blankets beside you, just where you left her before going to sleep. Her eyes crack open, and she looks to you for a long moment as her mind boots up. It's cute. Slowly, a smile forms on her mouth.

"Hi," she whispers.

"Hello, Eva. Good morning."

She turns to the window slowly. "It might be afternoon by now."

You stand up from the bed buck-naked and go for your clothes. You turn around to see her shamelessly staring right at you. "So now you're going to ogle me?"

"It's only fair. You saw a lot to day," she says with a giggle.

You roll your eyes. "I guess you have a point."

"But no peeking," she says as she slips out of bed next.

"Oh that's fair."

The two of you get dressed quickly, back in the proper dormitory of the academy. You feel yourself over, and things seem back to normal. There's a flow of mana inside you. Once again, you have your equipment. You turn to see Eva dressed in the regal uniform of Redbloom Academy, instead of the sexy sailor uniform from before. You're both proper students again, in the proper world.

Proper world... I guess I think of this one that way, huh?

"We need to find the Acting Grand Master," Eva says. "Just in case she's in danger. Either way, we need to tell her everything."

"And I'm here too," says the voice in your head. "Very tired, but here."

I can't believe your power still worked in the dream. You're still tapped out then, huh? Rest up for now. I promise I'll shred that talisman as soon as I can. It's the least you can do for saving us. And uh... showing Malakae a thing or two.

You both look to the door, but before you can start on your way, it suddenly swings open. A figure walks inside quickly and slams it behind you, and it aims a crystalline wand aimed directly between the two of you.

It's Professor Davella, this time in the flesh again.

You freeze up. If you reach for your weapon, she'll cast a spell. You have no idea how fast she is at such a thing. She's skilled enough to create an entire dream world, though even with that, you have no idea how. Whatever happens, you need to be cautious. Her plans were completely ruined. She might consider herself having little to lose. And your wild sprite isn't going to be of any help anymore.

"You are going to do exactly what I say," she demands. "Sit!"

She swirls her wand and casts a spell so quickly you don't even see it coming, and the word she uses sounds more like a regular phrase than a spell. You and Eva both fall to the ground onto your rears like the gravity suddenly cranked up. Whatever happened, it only affected you both--nothing else in the room.

"Now you are going to do something for me..." she continues.
