You'll have to wait to find out; Sarah, Dani, and Joslynn have business first.

Sarah and Joslynn watched Tera practically skip off after Leticia, Katie bobbing along in her wake.

"That girl is something else," Sarah laughed, "I don't know whether it's the virus or the end of the world that's brought that part of her personality out. And Katie might as well be her little clone, those two are perfect together."

"You're sure she's not going to get us caught?" Joslynn asked.

"She'll be fine," Sarah felt proud, like watching one her assistants get their doctorate and moving on to their own research. "Leticia has been on my list of people to infect for a long time. Having the security **** infected and under our control will be critical, plus she's hot."

"We're not going to be able to avoid the Director's notice much longer," Joslynn warned, "She's smart, really smart, and after what happened to Dr. Meng and Dr. Young…" she trailed off.

"Yeah," Sarah frowned. 'They couldn't have picked worse time, even if they are providing some incredibly useful research material.' "Michael got what he deserved," she said, "I have some idea of what he did to you and his assistants. A few of them came to work for me after they couldn't take him anymore. But Donna… I wonder if I can re-infect the already infected?"

"What do you mean?"

"The virus in us isn't the same as the virus in them, can someone who's already infected with the original strain become infected with our strain, and, if so, what will happen to them?" Joslynn gave her a look, "Sorry, it's easy for me to start down that path, I'll bounce those ideas off Tera and Ashley."

The door opened yet again, this time to admit Dani, "She's not in her lab."

"Damn," Sarah muttered.

"Who?" Joslynn asked.

"Dr. Ikeda. She's another one on my list. Her research into plants fused with the virus could prove quite interesting," Sarah smiled deviously.

Joslynn got a small grin on her face, "Since she's not available, and I'm feeling very, very horny, why don't you and Dani come back to my room? Then we can find Dr. Ikeda together?"

Dani grinned at Sarah, and Sarah grinned back.

Joslynn's phone buzzed. "Damn it," she swore softly, "It's the Director. I really can't keep her waiting. What a fucking cunt," she swore again as she dashed out of the room.

Sarah frowned, 'The Director. The person that I most need to turn, but also is going to be the most dangerous to turn.'

"Mood's ruined, huh?" Dani asked.

Sarah shrugged; since she got infected, she was always in the mood. Her mind was partially distracted, and she was disappointed. She wouldn't admit it to anyone else, she'd hardly admit it to herself, but Dani, Ashley, and Joslynn were her favorites. She liked Tera, and Tera was sexy as hell, but she was perfectly fine with Tera collecting her own little harem, she wasn't sure if she'd feel the same way about Dani or Joslynn suddenly not needing her.

"Should we try to find Dr. Ikeda again?"

Sarah drummed her fingers on the table, she was torn. On the one hand, she really wanted to bury her cock in Dani's hot snatch, and then trade places, at least three or four times. On the other hand, Joslynn was right, there was only so much time before the Director became aware of them.

"Yeah, lets try one more time, if we can't find her then we can have some sisterly bonding time," she grinned provocatively.

Dani flashed her grin back, "Maybe we can still have that threesome, just not with Joslynn." Sarah hopped down from the desk, and she and Dani stalked out of the lab, looking for some prey.

"What's that?" Dani asked of Sarah's small shoulder bag.

"Oh, a change of clothes for each of us." Sarah smiled mischievously. Dani flashed the same smile back.

The halls were relatively empty, given the late hour and the melancholy mood that had settled over everyone who wasn't infected. Sarah couldn't blame them. 'I'd be depressed if I realized I was on the wrong side of evolution too. I'm going to help them break out of their shells and join us on the winning side,' she promised herself.

Dr. Ikeda's lab was still empty when they arrived.

"Any ideas?" Dani asked.

Sarah racked her brain, but she didn't know Dr. Ikeda well enough to know where she might go.

'Tera is that way,' she suddenly realized, 'and Joslynn is over there, and Ashley is in her lab. I can feel where people I've infected are?' She focused, she had an idea where Dr. Young was, and with a gasp she realized she could feel Dr. Young as well. She felt… different than the others did.

'Okay, I can do this.' She focused, trying to feel out the facility. It was hard, the place was so big…. She suddenly felt Dani with her, not physically, but with her where she was in her mind, and she felt powerful. Their minds easily flowed together through the facility until they found Dr. Ikeda.

"That was incredible," Dani breathed as they came back to themselves.

'Yeah it was,' she thought to her sister. 'Let's go have a talk with Dr. Ikeda.'

Dani smiled and fell into step with her. Sarah glanced at her sister's outfit, Dani's body was naturally slimmer than hers, but somehow her sister managed to have a bigger bust, and her breasts filled out the white cotton blouse that she wore so much better than the identical one that Sarah was wearing.

They traveled down an unlit corridor to a door that had a sign that read "OUT OF ORDER". Dani shrugged and tried the door panel, which opened for them without a badge. Inside they found a brightly illuminated room with a few clear containment units with plants in various states of decay, with Dr. Ikeda looking over them as if they were disturbing something sacred.

"I see you've found my secret garden, Dr. Berns."

They both stopped. "We didn't mean any disrespect," Sarah said.

Dr. Ikeda smiled a bit and motioned them over. She was just a little shorter than Dani and Sarah, with long raven hair pulled back into a braid that hung well past her hips. Sarah knew that she was older than Ashley was, probably in her late forties because of her publication history, but she had aged very gracefully, her skin was still soft and relatively clear and smooth.

"I came here to conduct research in secret," Dr. Ikeda said, "when I realized that we would fail in our mission. I thought perhaps I could encourage the virus to infect plants, but my work has not been so successful."

Sarah stared at the plant. She could feel… something from it, faintly. "I also committed to some… unorthodox research when I realized that we were doomed."

"I should have known you would have fallen to the temptation of forbidden knowledge. Have you had any success?" Dr. Ikeda's voice was evenly tempered, but Sarah thought she could hear a hint of excitement.

"Tell me about this plant," she motioned to a small plant in a pot that seemed to be healthy, and wasn't in a containment unit

"Suikazura," she said. "Honeysuckle. It's beautiful, but very tough to kill."

Sarah walked over to it, "Would you like me to show you what I've done?" she asked.

Dr. Ikeda nodded. Sarah pulled her breast out and squeezed a thick stream of milk into the rich dirt, smiling as the soil darkened from her tainted milk. Giddiness washed over her, a combination of telling her secrets and pulling out her breasts. 'I wonder what's going to happen?'

It only took a few seconds for the results to become apparent, the plant started to grow slowly, expanding outwards with increasing speed. Soon its tendrils had covered most of the floor and random things in the room, leaving only a roughly two meter circle around the three women, before beginning to climb the walls toward the ceiling. Flowers burst forth all over the plant in reds, whites, and oranges, though Sarah noticed that the stamen looked remarkably like phalli, and the pollen tubes seemed much more useful for sucking than producing pollen.

'Do not leave this room,' Sarah commanded, and felt what she thought was acceptance from the plant. 'It's sort of alive?'

"What…" Dr. Ikeda trailed off. "What did you give up?"

"Fear. Greed. Hatred. The worst parts of humanity. I shed them like a skin and become something better. The next step in human evolution."

"And the ones up there?"

"Homo neanderthalensis, and evolutionary step forward doomed to be replaced by an even better one."

Dr. Ikeda took a deep breath, "And this plant?"

"I don't know," Sarah smiled eagerly, "I was hoping you'd tell me all about it."

"I will study it further and let you know, Dr. Berns."

"Please," Sarah smiled, "Sarah."

"Hiroka," she smiled for the first time since Sarah and Dani had arrived. "Will you stay?"

Dani and Sarah smiled at each other.
