"Oh SHIT!" We both yelped in unison, I dived for the open door, and Charlotte wasn't far behind me. We both piled into the sliding door, awkwardly jamming the door shut as best we could.

The rain pounded down and into the slightly ajar door, causing Charlotte to squeal, and I half shimmed out of the seat and helped her pull it shut.

"Listen, we should get changed out of these Cold wet clothes. We're gonna get sick if we keep this up." As I spoke I squirmed out of the seat and started crawling to the back.

In answer I dug up the blanket we usually kept under the seat and handed it to her. I turned away, trying to show I meant what I said, I stripped down to my briefs for her.
