Yes you have

As you sit there thinking it suddenly hits you, you slap your hand into your forehead for being so stupid, "Of course!" you exclaim causing Sarah to jump from surprise.

"Of course what?" Sarah asks as her chest wobbles from her sudden movement.

"I figured it out!" you answer, "I figured out why you've not seen any of the changes I've given you."

Before Sarah has a chance to say anything you make the alteration in your head, allowing Sarah to be aware of any changes you make with your powers. As she is about to say something the wish takes effect and she pauses.

"Oh my god!" she says as she looks down at her large chest, "This is so weird," she adds as she swaps between looking at her boobs and you. "It's like I have two sets of memories, one set where I have my small breasts and the other where I was popping bras every couple of days."

"So you can see what I've done for you now then?" you ask hopefully.

"Yes sweetie, thank you." Sarah replies with that wonderful smile. "I don't know why but I also have memories of being a real bitch and memories of me being mean, it's so bizarre."

"Well you got quite short with me for a minute there," you respond, glad that she seems to be back to her old self.

"So now then, do these powers of yours stretch to clothing as well?" Sarah asks indicating her overflowing bust. You nod understandingly making the relevant changes. Sarah gasps as her clothing stretches and reshapes right in front of her eyes, as her bra gets bigger containing her basketball sized jugs. Her tank top now reaches back down to her waistline. "That is so cool!" she exclaims, giving you a big boob filled hug.

"I've not made them too big have I?" you ask worried about going overboard. Sarah breaks the hug and looks down at her chest, then back to you.
