They get their pictures taken

The agent quickly explained that every actor needs a portfolio.

"Basically a lot of photos of yourselves so the producers and directors can see what you look like before they meet you," Lana explained.

Once in the studio the girls were shown to several racks full of clothes. The photographer, himself a rather unattractive middle aged man, told them that they were to pick out several outfits each that will fit themselves.

They then had to undress and put on the outfits. They looked around at several people who had stopped what they had been doing to watch them, mostly other middle aged men, with some younger guys and a few women.

Rachel glanced at Lana nervously. "Why can't we have a dressing room?"

Lana looked impatiently at her. "If you expect to become stars, you need to get used to people watching you all the time. Just do it."

They both chose strapless evening gowns for the first shot and they quickly realized they could each see each other's nipples poking through the thin material of the dresses.

They both glanced at each other nervously, unsure if they wanted to continue with this. Will they go through with the shots or will they chicken out?
