Sapphire was a local crime boss.

Sapphire was a rather tall woman at 5'11. She had a large bust, thin waist, and long blue hair. Her known powers were rather standard. Enhanced strength, hearing, sight, endurance, etc.

A rumor going around was that Sapphire's henchmen were clones. Stoping clones from being weapons was Laura's personal crusade so she got involved.
