“Hey so, the hallway’s empty now. We don’t wanna waste time so we better get going.” Amber said, changing the subject to distract Nora.

“I...” Nora almost said something to try and dismiss the idea that she was getting excited by this, but decided it best not to bring it up. “My sweater tore.”

“I noticed. Like I said, we need to hurry. We’re going to get your gym shorts anyway, so we can just grab your shirt while we’re there.” Amber replied, opening the bathroom door.

“But I can’t walk around like this, what if someone sees me?” Nora asked. “Can’t I just stay here while you go and get my things?”
