Ultraboy uses the again...

With his scientific brain, Ultraboy knew he could make a lifetime supply of the **** that he'd used on his mother. But he also knew that he, his mother and all the other heroes and heroines were in constant danger from the super-villains and villainesses. After putting his mother back under, he programmed her with one further command.

"If you see me having sex with the villainesses, you won't try to interfere or be jealous, OK?"

"I understand and will obey my Master..."

Ultraboy grabbed a couple of syringes and headed to the Mayor's office, after easily bypassing her outdated security system and silently dispatching of her guards, Ultraboy headed inside, sneaking up behind the Mayor's secretary and sticking her with the first of the mind control ****.

"When I say take dictation, you'll fall into a trance, am I understood?"

"Y-Yes Master..."

"When I say dictation's finished you'll come out of the trance, OK? Good, now sleep until I come back..."

The secretary immediately slumped onto her desk, unable to overcome the mind control. Ultraboy quickly made his way to the Mayor's office, both he and his Mom had been investigating the Mayor after an anonymous tip off that she was an old school friend of Dr Erika Bluder, one of the Ultrafamily's most deadly foes.

He was lucky as the Mayor had her back to him as he snuck up behind her and injected the second mind control syringe into her neck, the sedative made her drowsy instantly and rendered her helpless to the second **** that Ultraboy had cooked up (after testing it on his Mom first, which allowed him to find out that she'd always wanted to fuck him, but thought that **** was wrong). That second **** was a very powerful truth serum, which the Mayor felt flooding into her system.

"So tell me, is it true that you've been helping Dr Bluder?"

"Y-Yessss... Wanted her to capture you and your Mom... Wanted your powers... Paid her money in advance too..."

Ultraboy quickly sent his Mom a message on their heavily encrypted channel warning her not to go out unless absolutely necessary before turning back to the Mayor.

"Whenever you hear me say 'Re-Election Time'. You'll fall into a trance, do you understand?"

"Yes Master..."

"When I say Election's over, you'll come out of your trance. Now, what I want you to do before I go is to authorise the building of a prison to house all of the evil doers in our city, one that I will run in a highly classified location. The funding will come from any of your hidden illegal slush funds. Do you understand?"

The Mayor nodded, before she started typing up the authorisation in front of Ultraboy, copying what he said into the authorisation so that he could make sure that there was nothing hidden inside.
