Take stock

After taking a look at my immediate surroundings, I see that I'm not in any immediate danger. First order of business then, is to take stock of my inventory. I open the left side of my trenchcoat and find most of my items are gone, or, I'm not sure how to put this, but they look like that garbled up screen. Worst of all, my coin pouch also seems to be empty. "...Damn." I say.

"Now let's see what you do." I say looking at the strange golden bracelet Aura gave me. I point at it with my right hand and utter the magic word for the Identify spell. "Uoculounsohuyl"... Aaand nothing. "Great. Could'a told me how to use this damn thing, Aura."

Finally, I raise both my arms and flick my wrists. My trusty twin daggers slide out of their sheaths and their hilts come to rest in my hands. I give them a cursory swing and see tell-tale streaks of sparks fly through the air. "Well, at least I've got that going for me." I say to myself in an effort to console myself from huge losses. I then store my daggers away where they came from.

I spy a large temple-like structure in the distance and snap my fingers. "Oahz". "FUCK!" I exclaim in frustration. "Gate doesn't work either. Looks like I'm walking." I say as I step off, grumbling.
