Slowly the emerged out of the woods. A quaint little town with a beautiful brick wall and portcullis. The town is filled with medieval villagers of all types. Matriarch led her son into town. The villagers looked at her with admiration, and a few bowed or curtsied. When they saw Sissy the giggled or laughed. Then laughed louder when they saw his tears. Matriarch eventually asked a merchant if there was someone who she could talk to about magic. He directed her to the mages guild. She cheerfully walked through the town, and politely chatted with people along the way. Sometimes people would walk up and pinch his cheeks. A few children would smack him on his sore bottom, and run away. Eventually they arrive at the mages guild. Matriarch enters and walks up to the counter.

"Hello, I'm new could I find out about familiars and magic spells," Matriarch asked the lady over the counter.

She smiled and looked down at Sissy. A wicked grin crossed her face, "Yes, Ma'am if you sign in we'll train you in your spells. How to take care of your familiar, and you can take quests from our job board," she informed as she pulled a ledger in front of her.

"That sounds wonderful," Matriarch replied signing the ledger.

"Excellent! Lets start with your familiar," she stated pointing to Sissy.
