Chapter 7 by FlatCap90210 FlatCap90210

How is James going to solve this problem?

Well, he's not the only sibling covered under his mother's plan...

James' mouth worked soundlessly, mind racing. He had come to deal with his changes, but they wouldn't even treat him without insurance, and they'd probably just chase him out if he told them his true name. Neither would they ever believe James when he told them what happened. Who had ever heard of people spontaneously changing sex? What could he... how should he... Suddenly, it hit him. There was only one way to do this.

"L-Lily Miller," he finally said, voice halting as his mind reeled from what he was doing - basically stealing his own sister's identity. But this was the only possible solution, right? They'd do their checks, find something weird about his body and then he'd be able to return to his old life once they found a way to treat him. "I... I'm covered by my mother's... step-mother's insurance. Her name is Anne Miller."

"Anne Miller, Anne Miller," the male nurse murmured while clicking and scrolling around. "Ah, gotcha. There she is. Now, miss, would you have any form of ID on you?"

"Seriously, Rob?" Charlie intervened before James could answer, sounding incredulous. "Obviously she doesn't. She's wearing nothing but a shirt! Really, she has been crying her eyes out and you're here playing bureaucrat? C'mon, Lily, Accountant Boy here can put everything else into his computer, I'll take you into one of the rooms and start the first examination."

"But... Charlie, we can't just..." Rob began, but the redheaded nurse interrupted him.

"Just let her tell you her birthday and adress, that should be enough, right?"

Rob's expression made it clear it wasn't, but Charlie only smiled at James encouragingly. The accidental sex bomb was now facing a new problem - address was no problem, and he gavr it readily, if with a shaky voice, but when was his step-sister's birthday again? It took him some time to remember that Lily celebrated on the 6th of August, and had turned 24 this year, so her date of birth was only a bit of mental math away. Not an easy feat considering his state of mind, but the two nurses seemed to attribute James' slowness to provide this info to the fact that he was still almost hysteric.

"That's all you need, right?" Charlie asked with a chipper voice. Rob began to protest, but the redhead was already leading James away, her left hand on his right shoulder so as not to embrace him. The last he heard from Rob was a string of colorful, but muffled curses directed at his colleague.

"Don't worry about him, Lily," Charlie smiled at James, his heart skipping a beat behind his bountiful breasts at the sight. "He's a bit grumpy, but Rob's going to set everything up properly."

James only nodded weakly, still sniffling. Charlie was so nice and helpful, but he was essentially lying to her, stealing his own step-sister's identity, and the sensation of his boobs and ass jiggling with every step and the way his hips swayed threatened to overwhelm James, everything at once almost enough to open the floodgates anew. Only the warmth of Charlie's hand on his shoulder as she guided him the short walk to the examination room was keeping James relatively calm. Of course, his mind was still buzzing with thoughts, all circling around the fact that James was now the hottest girl he'd ever seen. The worst was probably the certainty that his old self would have flirted with the new James much like Don had - had he had the courage back then. And being on the receiving end had left him feeling so dirty.

"Alright, here we are," Charlie said as they entered the examination room, indicating the barebones chair within to James. "Just sit down, then I'll begin my checks."

James did as he was told, Charlie moving about the room to collect various bits and bobs. When she returned to James, she gave him the gentle smile that was sure made his heart skip a beat.

"Okay, we'll need a bit of blood for the lab. This might sting a bit..." Charlie began, bending over James' arm to stick a needle into one of his veins, but suddenly froze before she could pierce the skin.

Worried, James looked at her face, mouth opening to ask what was wrong. What he saw stopped him in his tracks: Charlie's eyelids fluttered, her mouth opened slightly to let out a barely audible sigh and James could hear the nurse taking a deep breath through her nose. What was she...?

"Whoa!" Charlie shook her head slightly as if to chase away some dizziness. "Do you smell... Uh, I'm sorry. Let me go ahead and take your blood."

With quick, efficient movements, she found a suitable vein in James' slender arms and extracted several vials of blood, setting them aside for the lab. James followed her every move, the professional demeanor feeling so calming to him. Charlie seemed in control of the situation, a calm port in the storm that was James' mind. Once the redheaded nurse was done, she took a small flash light and raised it towards James' face.

"I'm going to check your eyes now," she explained."Please follow the light and keep your right eye closed with one hand."

James did as he was told, the bright light stinging in his eye as Charlie waved the tiny flash light around, soon switching to the other eye where she repeated the process. Afterwards, she checked James' blood pressure, temperature and did several other tests, the involuntary girl following her instructions readily.

'Charlie is soo nice...' James thought, already having forgotten the strange behavior the nurse had exhibited just now. The way Charlie kept any body contact to a minimum while still being warm and friendly almost allowed James to forget what had happened to him - had his ass not felt huge on the chair, as if he was sitting on a big, comfy, sensitive cushion. The way his arms brushed against the sides of his prodigious boobs with some of his movements wasn't helping his state of mind either.

"Ah, nurse Simmons!" The door opened, and a doctor of Indian descent entered, the eyes in her round, friendly face lighting up at the sight of Charlie. "I assume the first assessment is already done?"

"Yes, Doctor Singh," Charlie answered, all business like. "Blood pressure, pupil dilation, reaction... all seems normal. She is fully lucid, follows instructions correctly, no confusion present that I could confirm. At the reception, she was a bit slow to give her information, but that was likely due to her emotional state. Which also explains her reddened sclera. Poor thing was crying her eyes out."

With that said, Charlie stepped a bit closer to the doctor and continued in a hushed voice. Still, James could make out a few words, and his heart sank: "...not sure she took...", "abusive... oyfriend..." "...escape..."

It seemed Charlie had come to an entirely different conclusion than James had hoped.

How is James goint to react to Charlie's assessment?
