Check the left doors

You begin searching the doors on the left, and find that room after room there

isn't much to find save for empty rooms. However, in the middle of checking rooms

you hear footsteps coming down the hall from behind you in the previous hallway.

You listen a moment, and notice that there appears to be a pair of footsteps, and

the people are talking in quiet hushed tones.

They are getting louder.
