Angelo found only a couple folks out at this hour, which was a little odd, there were normally more people around either jogging or playing with family. He looked up towards the sky, curiosity was starting to get to him, why was it he never heard of things like this before? Perhaps there were unwritten rules or limits? So many questions poured into his mind. He felt something pass over him and a notification popped up.

"Well, looks like someone is not as green as before, but still easily caught." Angelo heard a familiar voice behind him before turning around and down slightly, Jasmine's eyes looking to him as she smiled to greet him. "You are a little early, I like that." Her score ticked up to 85. "It is nice to see you again Jasmine. How are you holding up?" He asked. She tilted her head a bit and placed a hand on her hip. "It is nice to see you as well Angelo. Well, after that little battle earlier I made sure to do some cleaning up back at my shop. I'm a Florist so, there are a lot of little things to do. Hmm, you look more handsome since I last saw you." Her score ticked up to 95. She sniffed the air gently. "You smell better too." Her words made Angelo blush. "I was busy cooking until a little bit ago. Perhaps that is what you are smelling?" She lifted a brow. "I do smell some of that, but.." She leaned in close and her lips brushed against his before she stole a kiss from him as her score ticked up to 110. He froze not expecting that, but before he could do anything she ended that kiss. "Mm, tasty too."

Angelo was quite red now with embarrassment she caught him completely by surprise. A new exclamation flashed just as his quest completed, it interrupted things to give him his reward.

Looks like he would need to check his inventory later for that item. He must of had a very strange look upon his face as Jasmine tilted her head again. "Hmm, I hope that look isn't from me kissing you." Angelo shook his head a bit and his eyes focused on her. "No, um..I just had a quest turn in after you kissed me." She leaned in and kissed his lips deeply this time, her tongue parting his lips to play with his. Angelo blinked before focusing on that kiss, kissing her back, his hands moving to her hips and his tongue ran along hers. She slowly broke that kiss with a playful smile, her score ticked up to 120. "Wasn't that better than a quest?" Angelo nodded without a thought, his dick was pitching a tent in his pants. "I enjoyed it at least." She glanced down with a smirk before looking back up into his eyes, her score ticked up to 125. "Mm, well, enough playing for now. Given that you are still alive, I am guessing you didn't run into any more of that cult, The Chosen Faithful." Oh, right, this was a serious meet up. "Right, I went back home after, but no one followed me. At least I don't think so." He nodded slightly reassuring himself. "I see, there is a lot of information you are missing. You don't know anything about the Abyss? And you said you got your powers this morning, right?" He nodded. "Right, all I know is that it is called the Abyss and so far can be quite dangerous. I got my powers this morning. Oh, before I forget are you still hurt from earlier?" She paused hearing his question. "I am still a little hurt, why?" He smiled. "I want to try out a new spell. I learned it after our fight." He lifted his right hand up, a divine radiance enveloped Jasmine's form. Her Hp was currently at 90 and ticked up after a second to 102. Her eyes went wide. "You can heal!?" As she spoke another tick went off bringing her health to 114. She lifted her hands slightly as she quivered with delight, her health ticked up to 120 her current maximum health. "Mmm, I liked you before, but now I want you all to myself" She said as her score ticked up to 150. "I learned it from a skill book that man had on him." She blinked. "Really? Just like that? Fuck..I guess your powers are quite bullshit if you can do it with so little time and no training."

Angelo watched her a moment, if this is her reaction to a little healing then healers must be quite rare in the Abyss. "A person like you who is selected by Gaia has their powers unlocked later in their life, or Gaia's Chosen as some call it. They tend to be weak at the start, but can become quite powerful in a short amount of time. Those like myself are born with their gifts. Sometimes called Abyss walkers, we start from birth and slowly work our way up. There are many things in the Abyss that can swallow you up, The Chosen Faithful are just a drop in a vast well that is the Abyss. Slavers, mana factories, and many other horrors can be your fate. Many creatures from fantasy lore are quite real and alive within the Abyss. It isn't all bad though, Gaia keeps things in check after all. If you use your powers and get noticed in the real world by being freakish or use magic in unsubtle ways. Gaia will find a way to bump you off. Basically your luck becomes bad in a deadly way. This applies to anyone, even those who could be after you could suffer such a fate. There are some positives though, if you exit an Illusion barrier your wounds will heal on the outside, but won't affect how much damage you have taken, blood loss sadly is not returned, so don't expect to feel right as rain once you are outside. I am sure you noticed when you left the Illusion barrier you had noticed time didn't move as much as you thought, this is also a side effect. The time within an Illusion barrier can range from being a near stand still, at least for those inside."

Angelo's eyes widened, this was a lot to take in. "Well dang.." She chuckled softly. "That is true, so be careful out there. Oh, there is also an Abyssal Auction online if you need to buy or sell anything. Pretty much anything you could want or need is there. Well, for a price." She took out a business card from her pocket and handed it to him. "You look like a smart guy, so I am sure you will figure it out pretty quickly. You can log in from any computer. It will prompt you from there." He nodded as he took that business card from her, slipping it into his pocket, his erection had gone flaccid by this time. "Just be sure to keep an eye out at all times. Illusion barriers are everywhere and many aren't nice. For now, you know me and that is a good start." She winked playfully. Angelo blushed. "I can see that, you are quite beautiful and knowledgeable." She smirked. "Mm, flatterer." A new exclamation flashed, but he ignored it for now.

He pulled out his cellphone to check the time. It looked like he had no signal in here. "Yeah, you will need special equipment to fix that signal problem. I can get you one the next time we meet up. They aren't expensive." He smiled. "I would appreciate that, thanks." She moved a hand to the waist line of his pants and pulled him a bit closer. "Maybe you can make it up to me later." A new exclamation flashed, this time he let it pop up along with the others.

Well, this was interesting, he really wanted to be on top in this case. He thought on that as he accepted that quest. Question now was how to reply to Jasmine's statement. He could say, he'd love to after we get out of here, taking her home. He would likely be on top then, or say sounds fun, likely ending up back at her place and on the bottom. Was he really confident enough to take top or go with the flow and end up on the bottom?
