She wants to get to know you.

“You remember what you said to me last night when you walked into the store?” I stared at her blankly, try to retrieve memories of last night form my somewhat cloudy brain.

“I was walking out, and you were walking in, and you asked if I had a date for the night” She smiled and glanced down at the floor as if slightly embarrassed. “I kinda gave you the brush off, but I think I’d like to take you up on the offer now.”

And then it came to me, Tony, Ken and I were laughing and joking around as usual, commenting on the girls we saw, and generally playing the fool, when we’d pulled up in Ken’s car, and pushed through the door of the video shack. Rita had been standing on the customer side of the counter talking to a cute blonde with a Farrah Fawcett hairdo, and a nice set of tits I saw her. Tony and Ken went right for the blonde, who’s name was Connie, but had been quickly shot down in their effort to get her to join us after closing.

I had been similarly unsuccessful with Rita.

“I do remember. It ended up being kind of a long night, if you know what I mean.”

She nodded. “I know exactly what you mean. You guys were kinda rowdy, and your friends were practically salivating over Connie, so, I didn’t think you guys were interested in any thing more than getting laid.” Her deep brown eyes locked on mine, gauging my reaction.

“Not quite” I said before she continued. That was exactly what we'd been intersted in.

“Connie said you’re a regular, and seem like a really nice guy, so maybe we could get to know each other. I do have tonight off, and there’s a half an hour yet before we open, so maybe we could get to know each other”

“Great” I said. “What do you have in mind?”
