Here's to a Month

Spencer and Dani sat on the couch, where they drank a glass of wine each. After a sip, Danielle said "You know, I've been thinking."

"Yeah?"

"After I quit this year, maybe I could move in with you two?"

"I think that'd be great."

Danielle smiled before giving Spencer a kiss on the cheek. "You know this last month's been amazing?"

"Well, I've been there for it, so yeah."

The two laugh for a second before Dani said "I know, but... I didn't really think I'd find someone like you."

"Why not?"

Danielle sighed "Well, let's just say the last guy wasn't so loyal..."

"Well I'm glad you don't have such a fool in your life anymore."

"I am too."

"Here's to another month of happiness." Spencer raised his glass for a toast.

"Only a month?"

"You're right. Here's to another month and a day of happiness."

After playfully slapping his arm, Dani chuckled "You're such a goose."

"That's why you love me."

"Mhmm, well I have better reasons." Dani's hand began to pat Spencer's thigh.

"You're so naughty."

"And that's why you love me." Dani then mounted Spencer and the two started to make out. The two then lie down before ending up the floor, with Dani smacking her head on the floor.

"You okay?"

Dani's forehead starts turning red, telling Spencer that she wasn't one-hundred percent. He rushed to the kitchen where he kept a first aid kit. Once he turned back, he saw Danielle standing. As he rushed over with a bandaid, he said "You okay?"

"Yeah." Danielle chuckled. "Didn't know you liked it so rough."

After applying the band-aid, Spencer said "Alright, that should be good for now."

"Thanks Spencer."

"Time for bed?"

"Yeah, I think so."

Spencer laid down next to Danielle, wondering what the next month would bring.
