Two iconic characters in the flesh

"Hey, is that the new owner?" One of the girls asked.

I turned to look and saw two people I knew well. Despite being new additions to the Dead or Alive franchise, they already soared to the height of popularity in the series. To the point that they were postergirls for the Xtreme series at the very least. Honoka and Marie Rose.

It was fascinating to see them in the flesh, and with actual real bodies. Marie Rose sported her iconic twin blonde pigtails and petite frame, while Honoka had her erotic, voluptuous body and dark pink hair done into a single pigtail. Marie's modest body was wrapped in a simple strapless blue bandeau bikini; whereas Honoka was wearing a cow-print classic bikini. Oddly though, I was most fascinated by how real they looked. I was used to seeing them in videogame form, so seeing them in the flesh, with a lot of flesh on display, was incredible.

"Hi!" Honoka said and raised her hand high while smiling warmly.

"Well hello there." I replied, a bit unevenly. I wasn't used to talking to girls in general, but talking to scantily-clad cute girls who used to only be videogame characters was insane. I was frankly amazed that I managed to say anything without drooling.

"I'm so glad Zack's gone, he was a real creep." Marie said and Honoka giggled.

"I'll try not to disappoint." I said, getting a bit more comfortable. I really had nothing to worry about. While I didn't want to make this experience far too easy, in the course of my preparations I made sure that all of the island's visitors had an immediate crush on me from the moment they saw me. This obviously wouldn't be enough to drive them to being in love with me right off the bat, but it would ensure that they would always actively want to be around me and develop a relationship.

"So where are you two headed?" I asked as amicably as possible.

"We're going to the sauna!" Honoka exclaimed. "I've never been in one before."

"No peeking, Mr. Owner." Marie said, putting her hands on her hips defiantly.

I put my hand on my heart. "Cross my heart, I would do no such thing. Why, the thought hadn't even crossed my mind to spy on two lovely ladies like yourselves."

They both blushed slightly, Honoka more than Marie. "W-well good!" Marie said then grabbed her friend's wrist and began walking away with her in tow.

"Bye Owner-san!" Honoka said and waved her other arm as she was dragged away.

I politely returned the wave until they were both out of sight, then jumped with excitement. This was incredible, so much better than the games. They were actual real people now, I could reach out and touch them, I could finally know what each of their breasts felt like. And the best part was, if I didn't like it, I could just change it at a whim! I truly wished there was some way to thank my late grandfather for giving this to me, and I desperately hoped this wasn't just some extremely vivid dream.

"So uh, set up some hidden cameras in the sauna, and anywhere else the ladies might be getting changed or stripping." I said to Amehana beside me.

"Yes, Master. In the meantime, we should continue along this way," she gestured toward the direction Honoka and Marie came from, "there are more guests in that direction currently, and it will be important for you to familiarize yourself with the layout of the island for future reference."

"Sounds like a good idea. I can't wait to see what the others look like." I rubbed my hands together like a classic cartoon villain and started walking along the tile-stone path, Amehana following close behind.
