There is Lady Gwyn Whitehill, the only daughter of Lord Ludd of Highpoint. She is not at all like her father and brothers, who are recognized by many for their arrogance and cruelty. You heard she was once involved with Lady Elissa's second son, Asher Forrester. That affair ultimately got him exiled from his house. Apparently, he was now somewhere across the Narrow Sea, making a name for himself.

There is Lady Sybelle Glover of Deepwood Motte. Formerly a member of House Locke, she is now married to Robett Glover, and she has two children by him. While her husband and his elder brother Galbart are fighting in the south, she is managing Deepwood Motte in their absence. A wife can get fairly lonely whilst her husband is away, even with her children for company.
