Start a New Life

I wondered curiously to myself if the remote would work on myself, or even the remote itself. I knew I would have to be extremely careful - one wrong move, and my precious remote could be broken, or worse, I could kill myself! Nervously I looked at the settings on the remote. First I decided to test its power. Pointing it at my watch, I pressed a fast forward button, thinking about the next generation of technology. I watched as the watch increasingly became more technologically advanced - various additions appeared just like those to modern mobile phones - my watch was soon not even a watch anymore. I pressed pause and rewound it - I did not want to experience future technology yet.

I then thought about fast forwarding the remote. Holding my breath, I pressed the button.
