Straight to the bus.

I wanted to stop and talk about what had happened between us, but the rain was hammering down still, and Charlotte's pace was too fast to allow any conversation.

We ran for ages. I was glad that I wasn't wildly out of shape, we had run this twice now! Panting, I finally saw the bus through the pounding rain, and sprinted to it, racing Charlotte to be the first one there.

Laughing, we both grabbed on to the door handle at the same moment, and we collapsed against the bus, tight against each other.

"Tie?" She asked, teasingly.

"Tie." I agreed, and pulled the door open. "Ladies first." I nodded at her.

She made a grumping noise and climbed in, I watched her ass sway right in my face as she climbed up and tried to focus on anything else, the door handle, the rain, anything! Nope. Too sexy. I just stared.

"My eyes are over here Mr Gallant." Charlotte said with a pout, and a bit of a twinkle in her eye. She seemed like she was ready to forgive me.

"Alright, so, you showed me you trust me, and that you're not a bad guy, so I'll let you explain what I read on your phone." She almost smiled but seemed like she was trying to control her face. She raised a finger.

"But it BETTER be a good explanation." She warned.

I finished climbing in, and settled onto the middle row beside her, making sure I didn't get too close and upset her when she was finally warming up to me again.

"Okay, I won't bother beating around the bush, I like to tell things like they are, and you deserve the truth. I know it was tactless, but Helen and Kaila convinced me. I think they felt guilty that everyone had been having sex without me and wanted to make sure I was included, in everything." I could see her nostrils flaring so I quickly kept going, trying to find safe ground. "My wife loved having sex with you, and so did your partner, and they both apparently love sex with me, so they seem to think we would be good together. And for my part, well, damn. I mean, you're incredible, I've been so jealous of those two every time you play, but I didn't want to be presumptuous, so when you seemed to hit on me I guess I got the wrong idea, and i mean, you seemed to enjoy it! I just, uh," I trailed off, unsure. She had been staring at me, wordless and with very little Expression.

"Oh? Is that all?" She quirked an eyebrow, but her tone was neutral.

"Well, no, I guess, it was a bet, Helen and Kaila bet me a threesome with them that I couldn't have sex with you. It sounds so crude when I say it... It seemed like a good idea at the time..." I trailed off again.

"They always do..." She responded softly, "Brent, I've done some dumb, risky stuff in my life. And I'm sorry, I overreacted." She squared her shoulders, and looked at me right in the eye. "I understand, and I never realized you might be feeling left out, I was just having a lot of fun." She smiled, and her hands reached for mine. "Tell you what. We can't try starting it again until it stops raining right?"

I nodded, hopeful that this was going to fix things between us in some way.

"Well," she drew my hands to her, and placed them on the Hem of her shirt. "Let's relax, and pick up where we left off. You're right, I was enjoying myself, and you're not a jerk."

I pulled her shirt, drawing her mouth closer to mine, my mind racing, but afraid to speak lest I ruin this.

Her lips brushed mine, but she paused. "No promises where this leads Brent, but I'm willing to give it another chance."

I leaned in, and kissed her, deeply, powerfully, and we both sank into each other.
