Sophia has a craving

The dinner starts as normal for a dinner with your best friend, which means David does most of the talking. He seems to have quickly forgotten the new situation his girlfriend is in, as most of the conversation revolves around how stressed he is at work, and how he wishes he could get a job which would way less on his mind, though of course you know he'd probably never give it up unless he was offered an equivalent salary.

You don't really mind the constant talking - even on a normal day, since he's a great guy otherwise, but today it actually gives you some time to analyze Sophia a bit more and try to assess how intense her case of addiction is. From what your friends told you after you accepted their offer, Sophia's first craving happened 4 days ago at night, though they didn't recognize it as such until the diagnosis. The second one happened 2 days ago, as class was ending. She managed to hold it back until she got home, but apparently David found her in an unsual state when he got home from work -- you didn't get all the details, but you can easily imagine. You know from your research that even the mildest cases of addicts tend to get craving at least every 48 hours, but you still haven't seen Sophia manifest any abnormal behaviour.

You keep half-listening to what David has to say - he's now talking about politics and the upcoming municipal elections - nodding and answering when appropriate, but your mind is coming to the conclusion that Sophia should get a craving soon, if she's not already repressing it.

Sure enough, it only takes a few minutes until you start noticing the signs. What you first notice is your best friend's girlfriend's gaze rapidly switching between you and him. As she does so, you see her licking her lips, though she doesn't seem to notice herself doing it. Her pupils are also extremely wide, another sign of her condition. If she doesn't get her dose pretty soon, things could get ugly.

David is still too engrossed in his one-sided conversation to notice the signs. As he keeps talking, Sophia is squirming more and more on her seat. It doesn't take long until she pulls at her boyfriend's arm, trying to get his attention. He turns towards her for but a second, saying: "Just a minute, babe," and is immediately back towards you and his ongoing speech. Just as you're about to interrupt him to make him realize the situation, Sophia takes things in her hands.

In a flash, her hands leave David's arm and fly under the table, right in between her boyfriend's legs. He stops right in the middle of his sentence, with surprise in his eyes as his gaze slowly turns towards her, then looking down at what you imagine is her hands on his dick. Realization seeps in, and he quickly turn towards you, looking for what to say.

Not wanting to make things more awkward than they need to, you don't give him the chance to speak up and simply say: "Thank you for the nice meal. I'll go find my room and get settled in." You quickly stand up and make your way towards the hallway.

Relief is immediately visible in David's eye, though his voice and intonations are a lot more awkward than you're used to as he tells you: "A-alright, our maid Elizabeth c-can show you the way. I'll see you... later."

You step out the room in the hallway, and respectfully close the door behind you, though not nearly fast enough as you still catch a glimpse of Sophia on her knees in front of your best friend, clawing at his pants. Right behind you, a voice says: "I can show you your quarters whenever you're ready... sir." There's a shiver in your spine as you recognize the voice. Slowly, you turn around and freeze as you recognize the face looking at you.
