Heather and Taylor

“Hold on, weren’t there supposed to be two beds in here?” Taylor asked as she stepped into the room.

“Shit! I forgot.” Exclaimed Heather. “We recently replaced the extra bedframes and mattresses in each room leaving one in each room.

“So that means that every room has one bed?!” Taylor asked worriedly.

“Yes, but not to worry, the new beds should arrive in a couple of days.” Heather reassured the older girl as she walked over to the closet and started unpacking her clothes.

“What are we doing first, do you know?” Taylor asked.

“It’s up to you really, everyone will probably do their own thing, it’s better than ordering everyone around at least.” Heather said while hanging her clothes up in the hangers.

“True, I wouldn’t mind going for a swim, is that lake swimmable back there?” Taylor asked looking out the window at the lake.

“Oh yeah, that lake is amazing, my dad and I used to swim in those waters every day during the summer when we were up here. It should be fine, the Rangers haven’t placed any warnings or anything that would make us be cautious around it, so whatever.” Heather said.

“Alright then, I’ll go test out the water, you want to come?” Taylor asked. Heather thought about Taylor’s invitation, and decided to come along.

“Sure, why not?” She said as she turned to the older woman with a smile.
