Wes decided to make a reservation.

Wes excused himself from the celebration of the buyout and went to his office to make a call on his cellphone. He called the number that Mr. Zhang had given him and he was greeted by a pleasant sounding female customer service representative.

"Welcome to Freedonia, where the very finest in adult resort entertainment awaits! Hi, this is Vanessa, how may I help you?"

"I would like to book a reservation," Wes replied.

"Have you been to Freedonia before, sir?"

"No, I haven't."

"I see. May I have the name of your referral, sir?"

"Zhang Jianlin," Wes answered.

Vanessa typed in the name. "Ah, yes, Mr. Zhang is a regular client of our resort! He doesn't make referrals that often! May I have your name, sir?"

"Wesley Palmer."

"Okay, Mr. Palmer, has Mr. Zhang explained to you Freedonia?" Vanessa asked.

"Not much but enough to call you."

"I see," she chuckled. "If you have time I can tell you more about our resort."

"Sure."

"Mr. Palmer, Freedonia is a tropical resort on a large private island with several beaches, many outdoor activities like golf, tennis, horseback riding, and snorkelling, and a number of bars and restaurants. You can stay in our luxurious rooms or, with the Imperial package, pamper yourself in one of our multi-room penthouse suites. All packages include transportation to and from the resort, accommodation, all meals, and 24-hour bar service."

"That sounds great so far," Wes noted.

"We have a number of packages -- the Basic package of three nights, the Silver package of one week, the Gold package of two weeks, and the Imperial package of thirty nights."

"Thirty nights?" Wes wondered out loud.

"Yes, that package is popular with our... more well financed clients," Vanessa replied.

"I'll take the Imperial package then." He was a multi-millionaire now, at least on paper, so he could afford whatever the cost of the package was.

"Very good, Mr. Palmer!" Wes wondered if she made her commission for the month was his sale. "The Imperial package you will have an open-ended airline ticket so you can stay up to a month allowed with your visitor visa."

"Ah, okay. Well, it's a good thing, I'm retired now," he chuckled, even though technically he was still with PalmerTech but as a consultant for the next two years. He was sure that his new boss, Mr. Zhang, would understand him taking a month off.

"After I get your credit card information and the date you will like to arrive, we will send you a package by courier," she explained. "Thank you for choosing Freedonia, where a world of freedom and opportunity await you!"

"Awesome!" Wes exclaimed, taking out his American Express credit card out of his wallet.
