She smiles and says "Hi John. I'm Jane. I just signed the lease and got my keys to apartment 5035."

You say "What a coincedence, I live in 5033. Welcome to the building."

She say, "Well nice to meet ya' neighbor"

You say with a smile , "Just call me John"

She giggles.

The elevator dings. you get in and press the number 5. She follows you.
