Kevin spent the next few days in deep contemplation. He had reviewed the tape, and it had captured their entire exchange. He had reviewed it again, several times, just to make sure. He watched until he knew the folds of Scarlett's supple pussy intimately. But now that he was sure of what was on the tape, the question was what to do with it.

Once he reached his decision, Kevin wasted little time serving Scarlett a subpoena, organising a trial date, and collecting his testimony. Scarlett was initially dismissive of the suit, insisting as a law student, Kevin should know the futility of trying a case without any evidence, but once they began discovery, and she saw the tape, she was quick to offer a settlement. Kevin turned her down. He was interested in bigger things now.

Fortunately for Kevin, they had drawn Judge Jormp-Jomp, an older gentleman who was very strict on certain parts of the law. S3X7 was one of them. Scarlett failed to have the tape dismissed from evidence, and offered an even bigger settlement. Kevin wanted to wait for the ruling.

After a fairly cut and dry trial, in which Scarlett's only defence was a litany of limp excuses, ("I misheard", "I misspoke", "I misunderstood", "That's not my genitalia!") the time came for a final ruling. Judge Jormp-Jomp banged his gavel before he made his announcement.

"I have reached my final ruling. This is your last chance to make any settlements."

Kevin suddenly started to second-guess himself. Was that one video really enough to prove willful intent?

Scarlett's lawyers approached his table, and offered one final deal, significantly more than before. She would come over to fuck once a week, and he could visit her twice more a week for a blowjob.
