Wait for the Orc to pass

You stay just behind the corner, waiting for the orc to walk far enough for you to slip down the hallway behind him. It seems to go well enough at first, but as you start to quietly sprint your way down the hall you hear a snort. A peek back shows that the orc turned and spotted you. You start running, heavy footsteps telling you that you're being chased.

You dart down the first exit to the hallway, turning almost without looking down the passageways as you try to shake the orc. Your hasty turns eventually lead you into an intersection where one of the patch is a narrow archway. You run through and tuck yourself behind the wall, holding your breath as you listen. The footsteps slowly become quieter, implying the orc took one of the other paths. You wait until it fades to nothing before taking a look around.

You're in a large hallway, with a shape that comes to a point overhead. Pillars rib along the hall to meet in the center. In one direction, you see what looks like a fountain in the distance, in the other you see the intersection you came from. Across from where you were hiding sits a treasure chest, seemingly made out of rich mahogany and trimmed with gold.
