Chapter 4

What about the rest of his daughters then...?
Jennifer, the middle sister
It didn't take long before another of Jack's three daughters returned back home, and he could easily see there was trouble brewing, as Jennifer walked right up to him with a worried look on her wide-eyed face. Most people would probably say that the slight squint to her sultry green eyes only added to her cute visage, but to Jack it always seemed like a further proof of her feather-brained personality.
"Dad!" She called for him, without as much as a greeting, as she found him on his way down the stairs to the hallway. Her long and reddish brown hair was somewhat tousled as always, despite being pulled back from her face in a single braid, which reached all the way to her slender waist. "There's something wrong with my computer! I couldn't get out on the web this entire morning!"
"Huh?" Her father just stared at her blankly for a second, as he'd steeled himself for that serious question he really didn't wish to answer right now. Still he was by far more annoyed than relieved when he found himself following the girl back up the stairs, and even more so when all he needed was a single look at this technical problem to be able and solve it.
"Didn't you just pull out the plug to the router when you were cleaning up yesterday?" He asked her, while trying his best not to sound like he was mad about letting himself get startled over something like that. If he hadn't already got low hopes for the girl's mental capacity, they'd been devastated for sure by the look on her face when she tried to process her own mistake.
"Oh, right." She nodded eventually, and turned her big green eyes to the nest of cords underneath her desk. Just like Catherine's, her room was a mess, but instead of fashionable attires she'd spread out books and various magazines across the room, despite having several shelves along the walls to keep them organized. Her desk in particular was literally slumping under the weight of too many unfinished projects, along with her wide computer screen, of which none seemed even remotely related to her studies.
For this reason Jack almost felt like warning her from crawling under the sagging desk, while on the other hand he figured it should teach her a valuable lesson if it ever came crashing down on her one of those days. And besides, it was better she did it herself, in case she'd actually learn how to connect a wire to the right port. Considering how much time she spent in front of her computer it was truly a mystery how the girl seemed unable to grasp how it all came together.
When contemplating his daughter's shortcomings, he suddenly came to realize how he'd also been observing her while she was crawling around on all fours in front of him. At this point her plain clothes didn't do much to conceal her figure anymore, and Jack found himself watching with mild curiosity as her jeans clung to her hips and rear like a second skin, while her baggy sweater rode up to reveal the distinctive sway of her slender back. In this way she suddenly reminded him a lot more of her mother, especially of some of their most intimate moments together, although he quickly tried to shake that picture out of his mind.
Staring at his own daughter's bottom like that made him quickly decide to leave the room, long before she'd finished her search under the table, but even then he couldn't keep from wondering how she could've grown a body like that without him barely noticing at all. She'd always been the shy one of their family, and it seemed like she'd tried her best to keep from flaunting her figure in front of others, much unlike her older sister Catherine...
That leaves only one more of them...?

Girls of Jack
One man's world has been turned upside down, but he may find hope in the most unexpected places.
A story which I hope to work on when I have the time for it. For now it's closed for others, but I'll gladly accept ideas and suggestions for how to improve or continue the story! I've now started adding conditions, which is how I planned it from the start. So far it's recommended to read without activating the play function, but please try it out if you want, and let me know if you find something odd about the scoring.
