Trial by combat

As Sarah and Sheeva make it to shore, men in black ninja outfits leap out of the water and sand surrounding them. "Stay your blades, my brothers!" Sheeva commands. "What's going on!?" Asks Sarah, who is very nervous. "You have made it this far, that shows that you have determination. The offer is.." "The offer is mine, and mine alone." As a robed man walks into the circle of ninjas, they all kneel. "My offer is this. Prove to me that you are determined, by killing me in combat. Only then do we have our suspicions confirmed." "Woah, what suspicions?" Sarah asked. "I have seen her powers Master, her aura is immense." "I sense great power within you, young one. All you need is to control it." The man lowers his robe to reveal a toned old man. He throws a sword at Sarah's feet showing the obvious physical exertion. "I'm not about to fight an old man." Sarah refuses to pick the sword up, and walks away. Angry and fatigued, The man runs full speed towards Sarah planning to slice her head off. Sarah turns at lightning speed jamming her hand into the man's chest, feeling a few ribs break from impact. The man jetted across the sand crashing into the shoreline. "What are you waiting for, KILL HER!" Shouted Sheeva, tending to her Master. Sarah escapes the swarm of ninjas by blindly running towards a building, and phasing through it. The ninjas retreated in fear.
