He grimaced when he heard her tease him that way because of what it really meant.

"I've got a date with Mark tonight seeing he is actually in town this weekend."

"Oh?.. I guess that means I am sleeping with earplugs then all weekend long then. Just please at least keep things to your room" He did his best to tease back. Their apartment was small and with decently thin walls.

Blushing she defiantly retorts "I am allowed to enjoy myself just as any other person. I can't help it if I can't contain all of my sound. Speaking of which...when was the last time you got laid let alone a date?

Oh the old jab she knew she could get him with. Kyle comically reached for his heart. " you always know how to go for the low blows don't you? You know it is difficult for me working all the time it does not give much time for anything else."

"After knowing me for this long I would think you could actually take those low blows or do something about it."

"Ouch!" He jokingly exclaimed. Though it did hurt a bit more than he lead on. "Maybe I should just call up Sarah and she if she is up for anything?"

She gasped at the name. "You wouldn't! Just because I dated her for a little while does not mean she would be interested in you. Besides it has been a few years since she has dated men." She stuck her tongue out at him just to prove a point.

"Anyway I have to get ready for Mark tonight."
"Get ready? Since when do you get ready for a date?" Though Kyle thought that she never really needed any makeup or fancy clothes to look great. Normally she would wear a well worn in pair of jeans and a tank top or snug tee shirt. Despite her not trying to be feminine her body did it on its own. Jaclyn had a petit firm frame with just the right amount of curves.

Kyle hoped that one day he would be as lucky as Mark and find a girl that was just naturally cute and witty like Jaclyn. Though there were plenty of girls out there that Kyle found physically attractive he had not found any with the brains and personality of Jaclyn.

"Since he told me it was something special happening. I know it is a rarity to see me dressed up and with make-up but these are the sacrifices woman has to make."

"Do try to have some fun tonight though. I can't always be here to entertain." With that she scampered off to her room.
