Chapter 2 by GWTCN GWTCN

What's the plan?

Freshmen looking for affordable housing

Stewart eventually decided on renting out the spare rooms in the manor to young college freshmen looking to live near the university. He would charge extremely cheap rates, and he could keep an eye on his 'subjects' as the year went on. It would mean a long wait before he could take advantage of this plan, as he'd have to wait until the beginning of the next schooling year.

Orientation day came around, and Stewart couldn't wait. He knew that hundreds of freshmen wouldn't even have considered housing yet, and at the rates he would charge, some might even change their minds about the places they were going to live. He had already hung up flyers around campus advertising his manor for rent, emphasising the cost of living, and asked applicants to agree to a phone interview. This was not only so he could pick the ideal candidates, but also because he didn't want everyone knowing where he lived. He was planning on keeping this as secretive as possible; he didn't even give the address on the flyers.

Several hundred applications later, Stewart eventually settled on 5. 5 young women, all beginning their first year of college, with no idea of what was in store.

The day had finally come; the day that the girls would move into the manor. They had already met each other, as per Stewart's request, and seemed to get along well. In fact, from what he had heard, they became very close already, become somewhat of a clique. In any other context, this would have made little sense: they were all studying different things, they likely wouldn't have met otherwise, and, from what Stewart could gather from the interviews, they didn't have a lot in common. There's nothing like saving money on accommodation to bring people together.

Stewart was eagerly waiting for the girls to arrive. He had already planned out his every move; he had even jerked off to the plans a couple of times. Everything was thought out, everything was checked and double-checked. He'd had months to plan, after all, if it wasn't well thought through, something was wrong.

A ring of the doorbell told Stewart that his new tenants had arrived. Now knowing that his subjects were in range, he made the first change: he got rid of any doubts or misgivings that they might have had about living here. There may have been some questions raised as to why a young male landlord chose to rent out his spare rooms to five young, sexy female freshmen. Now that THAT was taken care of, time to answer the doorbell. He had to will away an anticipatory boner before opening the door.

No introductions were needed. He could tell which girl was which just by looking at them:

Natalie was the tall-ish (5' 9'', at a guess) brunette with straight hair that came down to just past her shoulders. From what Stewart knew, she was studying law, but used to be a gymnast; a nice combination of smart and flexible. B-cups, at a guess, albiet a relatively easy guess, as she was wearing jogging gear that didn't leave much to the imagination.

Elle was the short blonde. About 5' 5", Short, straight hair that stopped where her neck began, Elle was apparently studying drama. She was wearing a shirt-and-skirt combo that somehow seemed sophisticated and laid-back at the same time, and also did a good job of hiding her possibly C-cup breasts.

Brooklyn was the frizzy red-head who, at 5' 11'', would have towered over the old Stewart. This economics major was dressed up a lot more casually than either Natalie or Elle, wearing a rather casual green singlet-top, shorts and boots. DD-cups, at a glance.

Finally, the girls who were obviously the twins, Tegan and Rebecca. They were about 5' 8'', and each had hair that was almost navy, but still black. One of them, Tegan, had short hair tied up at the back, while Rebecca had longer, curly hair. They both had C-cups, and were both commerce students. Apparently, they had never been apart since birth.

"Hello, girls," Stewart opened the conversation, "I'm Stewart, but you probably knew that, and welcome to your new home."
They all stepped inside a little dumbfounded, as they took in their surroundings. Elle was the first to speak: "We're definitely getting a great deal on this place" and the others agreed.

At this point, Stewart had a dilemma: he could either rush upstairs right now and got nuts with the machine, or he could take the time to get to know the girls, possibly setting up for some interested scenarios in the future.

Does Stewart stay and chat, or run and change?
