Power of a God

In the middle of the night, you are woken by a knock on your window. Looking out the window to see what it was, you see an envelope with no markings taped to the glass.

Inside is a what appears to be a chocolate coin, and a letter addressed to "John Doe." Hey that's you!

"You don't know me, but I know you, very well. I have watched you since you were a mere child. You are worthy. Enclosed in this envelope is a chocolate, but no ordinary chocolate. Eating this will give you powers beyond your wildest dreams. You will be able to change anything and everything that ever existed. You will be able to influence others, and change the shape of anything. Empires could rise and fall at the flick of the wrist. Whether you choose to accept this power is up to you, but to give it up would be highly anti climactic and would bring this story to an end."
