What should I do?
Go into the cottage?
"I'm gonna get a drink," I told Tim. He was already into his novel and I didn't think he heard me. I went into the cottage and grabbed a soda from the fridge.
I suddenly realized I could spy on Rochelle right now from the bathroom window. Then another thought occurred to me... I could sneak into her room and check it out.
My heart started beating faster as I pondered these two possibilities. Tim probably wouldn't notice I was gone for a while, and Diane and Jenny were gone for the rest of the day. Should I risk it? Or should I play it safe?
