a young couple

the way to the coast is short and son you find yourselves near the sea
there's a small village there but with a city being that close it's completely distroyed and you can't find anything you can use
you're wondering if yu should go north or south when by the north you see a couple coming to you
lois presses your hand nervous and you try to confort her
"hi!" they say as they arrive. my name is Jack and she's Claire"
you present yourselves
"nice to meet you, we were going south looking for a boat... maybe far away we find a place to stay safe..."
"so nothing in the north?"
he nods "yes, we come from far away and not luck yet"
"we were looking for one too... maybe we could travel together"
he agrees and you start walking south
claire doesn't seem to say a Word and never looks at you in the eyes... you wonder if she's silly or something else, even lois seeems more comunicative... maybe you should ask about it...
