Heaven’s Arrows – Part 1 (Lucas’s POV)
The Theatre of Shadows shimmered beneath the October moon, its neon glow a seductive whisper that had pulled me—Lucas—and my friends Nate, Sarah, and Emily from the monotony of college life. We were a tight-knit crew, restless after midterms, drawn by tales of thrills and vanishings. “It’s just a spooky gimmick,” I’d said, tossing a football in the dorm lounge, my voice steady despite the flicker of intrigue in my gut. Nate grinned, always up for chaos, while Sarah smirked and Emily’s quiet smile urged me on. Now, standing before Heaven’s Gate, the arch of pearl and gold radiating a soft, ethereal light, my confidence wavered. The sign promised Eternal Rest – Step Into Bliss, and the air was thick with honeysuckle and musk, a scent that sank into me, warming my skin beneath my hoodie, tightening my jeans with an unbidden ache.
“Let’s do this,” I said, my voice rougher than intended, leading the way through the arch. Nate, Sarah, and Emily followed, their footsteps muffled as the world dissolved into a golden haze—clouds drifting above, petals soft under my sneakers, a sky of endless dawn stretching wide. My hoodie clung to my chest, my breath quickening as a warmth flooded me—peace, fulfillment, a certainty that I’d found something divine. “This… this is heaven,” I murmured, turning to the others, their eyes wide and reflecting the same awe.
Before they could speak, two figures emerged from the light—angels, radiant and intoxicating. The man, Marcus, stood tall, his white wings shimmering, his golden eyes piercing through me, his chiseled form barely veiled by a flowing tunic. Beside him was Selene, her silk gown a translucent tease, clinging to the swell of her breasts, the curve of her hips, her wings arching like a lover’s embrace. Her scent—honeysuckle, musk, a hint of spice—wrapped around me, dizzying, as she stepped closer, her voice a velvet purr. “Welcome, Lucas,” she said, her golden eyes locking onto mine. “You’ve found your bliss.”
“What the—” Nate started, but Marcus raised a golden bow, four arrows nocked and glowing, his smile sharp and knowing. “Surrender to it,” he said, and fired—one arrow striking me, then Emily, Nate, and Sarah in turn. A sharp sting bloomed in my chest, then melted into a rush of heat, a tidal wave of sensation that rewrote my soul. My gaze snapped to Emily—her blonde curls glowing, her sweater slipping off one shoulder, her blue eyes wide and dilated as they met mine. My heart lurched, a visceral ache surging through me, lust and love tangling in a way I’d never felt. “Emily,” I rasped, my voice thick with need, “fuck—I love you. I’ve always loved you—how didn’t I know?”
She stumbled toward me, her breath hitching, her lips parting as she shed her sweater entirely, revealing the soft curve of her collarbone, the swell of her breasts beneath a thin tank top. “Lucas—oh God, I love you too,” she whispered, her voice trembling with desire, her hands reaching for me as if drawn by an invisible thread. “I need you—right now, please.” Her words ignited me, a fire roaring through my veins, and I closed the distance, my hands cupping her face, my lips crashing into hers—slow, deep, tasting her sweetness, her tongue meeting mine in a sensual dance that drew a moan from my throat.
Around us, Nate and Sarah faded into their own haze—Nate’s groan, Sarah’s gasp—but all I saw was Emily, her body pressing against mine, soft and warm, her nails digging into my shoulders through my hoodie. “What’s happening to us?” she breathed against my lips, but I couldn’t answer—only kiss her harder, my hands sliding down her back, gripping her hips as I pulled her closer, the hardness in my jeans pressing against her, a silent plea she answered with a whimper.
Selene knelt before us, her wings brushing my legs, a feathered caress that sent heat pooling low. “This is your truth,” she purred, her fingers tracing my jaw, then Emily’s, her touch electric, amplifying the fire between us. “Surrender to it—become angels, bound by love, serving our heaven.” Her golden eyes flared, and I dropped to my knees before her, Emily following, our hands clasped as we gazed up at her, our submission visceral, complete. “Please,” I begged, my voice rough with want, “make us yours—give us this forever. I’ll do anything for her—for you.”
Emily’s fingers tightened in mine, her eyes pleading as she pressed her body against me, her breasts soft against my chest. “Yes—please, Selene,” she murmured, her lips brushing my neck, kissing, sucking, her hands tugging at my hoodie, peeling it off to reveal my skin to her touch. “I love him—I need him—don’t take this away.” Selene smiled, her hand sliding to my chest, then Emily’s, her touch a spark that made us both gasp. “Yield,” she whispered, her lips hovering near mine, then Emily’s, her breath a tease that stoked our hunger.
Marcus stepped back, his presence a hum as he watched Nate and Sarah surrender too, but my world was Emily—her hands roaming my bare chest, her lips finding mine again, her kiss hungry, ****, as Selene’s wings flared, light enveloping us. My body shifted—feathers sprouting, soft and white, my skin glowing as I transformed, my senses sharpening with every touch of Emily’s fingers. Her wings unfurled beside me, shimmering, her tank top gone, her breasts bare and radiant as she turned to me, her smile a mix of love and possession. “Lucas,” she purred, her voice a sensual hymn, her hands sliding to my jeans, unbuttoning them with a trembling urgency. “I love you—so much.”
“I love you too,” I groaned, my hands cupping her breasts, thumbs brushing her nipples until she moaned, her body arching into me as we sank to the petal-strewn ground. Her jeans slipped away under my touch, her skin warm and yielding as I pressed myself against her, my lips tracing her jaw, her neck, tasting the honeysuckle sweetness of her. “Forever,” I whispered, entering her—slow, deep, a silken glide that drew a cry from her lips, her legs wrapping around me as we moved together, our wings trembling with each thrust, our love a visceral, eternal bond.
Selene and Marcus watched, their power—Cupid’s arrows—binding us as we expressed our love, our submission to them sealed in every moan, every touch. “Go,” Selene said, her voice a velvet command as we shuddered together, our release a shared ecstasy that cemented our transformation. “Spread this beyond our gates—Azrael’s vision grows.” Emily’s hand found mine, her wings brushing my own, and we rose—angels of love, free to leave, our passion a lure for others, a trap woven into the architect’s plan for a world beyond the park.
