It's 3am when you hear the banging at the door. You ignore it at first but when it doesn't stop you're **** to drag yourself out of bed and answer the door.
Standing there is your friend Andy. He's soaked through and only wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt.
"I'm really sorry," he said. "My landlord has gone crazy. I told him I'd make rent eventually but I got home tonight and found he'd changed the locks. I just need somewhere to stay for a little while, and I thought of you. I can pay you back, when I have money again."
You hesitate. Andy is your good friend and a nice guy, he's fun to be around. But he's also a little flaky. This isn't the first time he's had problems with his rent and you know if you let him in he'll be around for more than a little while, and you won't be getting paid back.
