Yeah Party!

You arrive at the party just shy of 9 o'clock. You scan the crowd, looking for any sign of Reece, and in that case, Laura too. You decide to look at the bar, since Reece has recently been a heavy drinker at parties.

You are about to shout at Reece to dance with Laura but realize that he's disappeared. You sweat slightly as she gets closer and whispers

"You okay?"

"Yeah.....I'm fine." You reply awkwardly, not knowing what to say.
