Two button pushes and she was silent, powerless and still. And she was no longer Ultimagirl, now she was Shelby Danvers, powerless, weak, but still the heir to Ultimagirl's cruelties and plans. He dragged her out by her hair and dropped her in the back of the van. She was not dressed in her costume, but rather an unflattering orange jumpsuit.

Having gotten away, Ultraboy, pushed another button, this one released her from her paralysis and silence, but as before, she would remain powerless unless he saw a reason to release her.

He turned around to face her. "I understand you're familiar with this collar?" He asked, looking for a cross check.
