Contraband

The officer pulled his gun quickly, leveling it at Katie, who instinctively raise her hands. "Step forward and put your hands on the car!" he ordered.

Katie complied but still asked, "What's going on? What is it?"

The officer moved near, pulling her arms back and hooking restraints about her wrists.

"You have the right to remain silent..." he began.

Katie was led back to the police car but before she was pushed in, she saw a number of bricks wrapped in tin-foil. She had seen enough crime drama's to know what that meant.

Inwardly, Katie cursed her luck.
