"Well, yeah...!" You reply with a surprised smile, finding the girls casual attitude real sexy and going very well with her cool outer appearance. You'd been thinking about making her a lot more enthusiastic about the whole thing, but figure that it won't be needed just yet.

"Just let me lock the door first and get us something to drink, though!" You're quick to add as you realize she's actually ready to go down on you right away. "Make yourself at home! And what would you like to drink...?"

"Well, it sucks to be you then!" You tell her while taking a beer out of the fridge, and then pour a glass of refreshing cold water for your new 'friend'. It's not like you're wanting to torment her though, but simply to keep poking for a hint of a reaction.
