Rocketgirl finds out that Helda and Dr Scarlett are working together

Wanting to avoid the mistake she made at Helda’s office, Rocketgirl waited until well after closing time before going to Doctor Scarlett’s clinic. Because of this the superheroine had to find another way in. She almost thought she’d have to break a door or window before she noticed that one of the upper story windows was open. Looking around to make sure no one was watching, Rocketgirl moved the dumpster under the window and climbed on top of it. Standing on the dumpster she could reach the bottom of the window. Rocketgirl strained to pull herself up and into the window. Being a superheroine meant she was in shape and slowly she was able to do it, but many other people would not be able to perform such a physical task. Rocketgirl really hoped no one saw her, she’d hate to be in the paper tomorrow for breaking and entering.

Sliding in through the window, Rocketgirl took a few minutes to survey the office. Locating the reception area she started looking at the scheduling book and she noticed the same names that she’d found in Helda’s office, so the college students referred to Dr Scarlett were making appointments. Rocketgirl then walked over to the records area and started looking for some of the students. She pulled one of the files, a woman, and looked through it. It appeared as though a number of tests were performed, the results of the tests were listed as all being normal and then there was the comment by the doctor that this woman was not compatible. Rocketgirl put the file back and pulled another one. She noticed that the same tests were performed, all with normal results and then Dr Scarlett’s hand written comment that she too was not compatible.

As Rocketgirl looked through two more folders she found the same information. Standing back, she tried to put it all together. All of the patients were female college students. The tests looked at overall physical health, fertility, blood makeup, and DNA. “What was going on here?” Rocketgirl thought to herself. It appeared that each woman was receiving a thorough physical with an emphasis on their reproductive system. Why would a counselor refer students to a medical doctor for that?

Even though she had been there for awhile, Rocketgirl decided to check Doctor Scarlett’s office to see if any more information was there. She needed something that provided more information on the link between Helda and the doctor, and the importance of the student’s being given physical exams. In the office she started going through Dr Scarlett’s file cabinets. After probably a couple hours Rocketgirl found nothing more. There had to be something, Rocketgirl woke the doctor’s computer and started looking through her e-mails, she noticed several messages from Helda to the doctor saying that another woman was on her way for an exam. Looking through the sent e-mails she saw messages from Scarlett stating that the woman was not compatible. “Compatible for what?” Rocketgirl wondered.

Rocketgirl had spent so much time at Doctor Scarlett’s that it was now morning and the Doctor and her staff were arriving for work. As the doctor arrived with one of her nurses, Carolyn, the two made their way back to scarlett’s office to get some paperwork. As they approached the door, Doctor Scarlett noticed the door was open a crack. Peeking in, she saw Rocketgirl bent over her desk by the computer. “There’s a woman in my office looking at my computer.” Doctor Scarlett said quietly to Nurse Carolyn. As she did she reached into her purse and pulled out a taser that she carried for self defense.

As Carolyn nodded to her, the doctor quietly opened the door and entered the office. She moved quickly up behind Rocketgirl and pressed the tazer against the superheroine. The jolt of electricity caused Rocketgirl to stiffen and seize before falling to the floor. “Help me with her.” Doctor Scarlett said grabbing one of Rocketgirl’s shoulders. Carolyn grabbed the other and the two dragged her to one of the exam rooms. With the help of another nurse, they managed to lift the heroine onto the exam table. “Secure her to the table” Doctor Scarlett instructed Carolyn. “I want to find out why she was in my office.”
