Recent timeline:

789 AT - Ternictus attack Fort Murnak, three hundred are taken captive to the Hives

811 AT - Queen Myhal steps down after the Three Sons scandal

812 AT - Fila is crowned Queen of Emeraldin as the second youngest in history

828 AT - Lady Fila marries Ril Stanbick

835 AT - Lord Ril mysteriously dies of depression, suspicion falls on Fila

836 AT - Mayson Ribell announces that he had an affair with the late Lord Ril, is banished from Emeraldin by Queen Fila

870 AT - Lady Fila commands the Sacking of Black Spire, freeing the region of Tesalmore from undead attacks

888 AT - Lady Fila orders the Raid of Mercer Vnaic's castle, resulting in Vnaic's arrest and the freedom of seventeen slaves, all treated for severe physical trauma

917 AT - Lady Fila organizes the Great Relief of Emeraldin, forcing an emergency **** of one thousand janitors to spend sixteen months cleaning up the leftover 'fluids' from the cities' streets and parks. This year showed a 300% increase in birthrate.

926 AT - The Ternictus attack castle Fairlith in a suspected attempt to capture the assembled Princesses of Ysyra.

Fairies:

 Fairies are small, woodland based creatures possessing an intelligence on par with human beings and a remarkable adeptness for enchantment. Typically ranging in height from three to seven inches, fairies tend to defer to taller fairies as 'the blessed', often presenting such fairies with positions of power. The fairies' mortal enemy is a being known as 'The Ternictus'. 

Fairy lifespan:

 The average fairy lifespan is eternal, as fairies never die of age or disease; however, certain instances of **** depression may cause ****. War, though very rare in fairy society, may also result in ****. 

Fairy stages of life:

 0-99 years: Child - no wings, average of about three inches tall

 100-599 years: Young Adult - no wings, average of about five inches tall

 600-2599 years: Adult - wings, average of about five inches tall

 2600-****: Elder - two pairs of wings, average of about six inches tall

 Once a fairy achieves the young adult age of 100, their physical appearance (with the exception of their wings and height) rarely change. At most an Elder fairy may obtain a slightly darker skin tone, but this is uncommon. 

Emeraldin:

 Emeraldin is the region most densely inhabited the the fairy race, spanning an area approximate to the size of North America. It's capital city, Fairlith, is a freeing, playful place to live and enjoy the company of one's neighbors. 

Lady Fila, Queen of Emeraldin:

 Crowned queen at the rather young age of 506, Lady Fila has proven an able, if somewhat whimsical leader of Emeraldin. Her most notable achievements are the Sacking of Black Spire, the Raid of Mercer Vnaic's castle and the Great Relief of Emeraldin. 

The Ternictus

 The Ternictus are sentient, tentacle lifeforms that appear only to seek the subjugation of the fairies of Emeraldin. To do this they generally employ aggressive, sex-based attacks to '****' the fairies to forget who they are and bring them back to the Hives. 

 No known **** by warriors or infiltration by spies has proven successful on a Ternictus Hive.
