An old foe, Mr Somnus

Back when Ultramom was still known as Ultragirl, she fought with a most troublesome foe in her 20s. Scholars from his university had taken interest in his work, seeing use for the invention as a more powerful anaesthetic for the most stubborn of patients or animals.

He spewed potent sleeping gas from his pipes that knocked everyone out while he went on a stealing spree, sometimes doing worse.
