Climax

Having gained another new power Samus prepares to face off against the three Space Pirates. While Samus is thankful she has something to contest her opponents, she doesn't know how long this ability will last or if it has a limit to it. Meaning no matter what she needs to finish this right here and right now and judging how the pirates are looking at her they have the same idea. Once the pirate Samus shot earlier stands on his feet all three of the pirates activate some sort of device on their suit as they slowly march towards the bounty hunter.

Upon its activation, all three Space Pirates begin to glow before their bodies start to grow and merge into one. Samus couldn't believe what she was seeing right before her eyes, the massive creature that was responsible for the initial attack was none other than the three pirates merged as one. That must have been how the pirates were able to control the smaller creatures, by assuming the form of their alpha and having them join the other pirates in the attack on the base. Typical, only the Space Pirates could concoct such a scheme to give them an edge over the federation.

Wasting no time, the creature begins winging one of its giant tentacles at Samus to try and crush her. Despite the size of the creature, the attack was coming at an incredible speed. Luckily for in that moment, Samus was somehow able to engage her "Flash Shift" to avoid the incoming attack just in the nick of time.

Samus: (I can use the "Flash Shift" as well as conjure my arm cannon! All I did was think about how useful it be if I could avoid the attack. Does this mean I have access to all of my suit's abilities?)

Deciding to put her theory to the test, she focuses her thoughts on her arm cannon, and when she fires instead of a regular blast it fires out three projectile lasers at once towards the creature, this was indeed her "Wide Beam" in effect. There wasn't a doubt in Samus's mind now, although she was naked and without her power suit, whatever was allowing her to access her suits abilities even though she currently wasn't wearing it or anything on that matter would be exactly what she needs to put this creature down for good. It was at this moment the creature uses its tentacles to uproot the ground below Samus to make it more difficult to move around. However, now that Samus had a better understood how this ability works, she uses "Space Jump" to land on the creature's upper body and fires a "Charge Beam" straight at the glowing spots all over the creature's body causing it to convulse and wail in pain.

However, this wouldn't be enough as Samus was distracted in attacking the weak spots the creature spawned smaller tentacles behind her, and in an instant started to latch on to Samus slowly trying to constrict and suffocate her. Unable to move or use her arm cannon the only thing left to do was to rely on the trump card she'd been practicing since arriving on the resort base, it was time to see how effective her Drain can be against this massive target. While despite the fact she couldn't move her arms, she could still move her fingers meaning as long as she can at least touch her target then she can use the Drain on it.

Just as Samus's fingers made contact with the monster her Drain began to take effect and judging by how the monster's grip was starting to weaken; very effective. The tentacles having lost some of their strength loosen their grip on Samus letting her make her escape. She uses one of the larger tentacles as a slide and makes her way to the bottom where she'll have a direct view of the largest point on the creature's body. Feeling a surge of power from the Drain, Samus believes that she may be able to wipe it out in one more shot and decides to go for broke and focuses on using the "Hyper Beam" the same thing she used back on ZDR to finish off Raven Beak and his X Parasite for good. After a bit of focus and charging up, Samus fires the Hyper Beam piercing the giant beast right through its chest just as the beam dissipates. A moment later the creature falls onto its back causing the entire base to shake almost like an earthquake just occurred.

While Samus was ecstatic to have pulled off beating the oversized monster she wouldn't have time to celebrate. Just as she was about to turn around, she suddenly felt incredibly dizzy, losing the strength in her legs and collapsing onto the ground. She might have gone a bit overboard with that last attack causing her to pass out right then and there. Regardless as she drifted out of conciseness, her last thoughts were on the fact that she just fought an oversized monster, not in her "Power Suit" but her "Birthday Suit".
