Seth's Partner's Workshop

'Don't think about sex. Don't think about sex.'

Scarlett's mind wasn't very good at not thinking about sex, especially when trying to not think about it. By the time they arrived at Lucie's workshop, she'd worked up enough of a heat to be constantly distracting.

Lucie looked up from her desk as the three walked in. "Uh, hi?"

"Our friend has a bit of a --"

Scarlett tried to stand still and look unimpressed, a stark contrast to the homely mousey blonde standing opposite her in her thick woolly jumper.

Lucie looked down at Scarlett's hands, which were squeezing the hem of her t-shirt. "Are you okay?" She asked.

Scarlett spoke through gritted teeth. "I came across some candies, and I ate one and it's had some side effects."

"That's not really my area." Lucie looked confused.

"Magic side-effects. _Women _side effects."

"Oh," Lucie furrowed her brow and with closer attention saw Scarlett's thighs squeezing together, "I see."

"Every time I get turned on, I can't ... turn ... off."

Lucie looked inquisitive but confused by the description.

"The candy was called 'ratchet' and, I mean, ratchets only go tighter, not looser, right?" Scarlett tried to explain by analogy.

Seth smiled to himself. He had no idea the day was going to work out so funny when it started.

"Okay, take a seat, let's take a look." Lucie took out a watchmaker's monocle and looked closely at the shiny black clothes. She made thoughtful noises for a bit.

"And what did you say she ate?" She looked up at Seth.

"Okay. I have good news and bad news," Lucie announced.

They gathered around her.

"The good news is that we know what it does - you can only get more aroused, not less, and it's simple enough to reverse. I have to admire the mastery - whoever did this was really talented. The way the enchantment evades reversal like that shows they really wanted it to stick..."

Scarlett interrupted, "the bad news?! How do I reverse it?"

"Oh, it's simple. You just need to get someone off. And you reset. Just try not to think about sex for a few days!"

"Get someone off?! That's their job!" Scarlett paced back and forth, enraged. "A few days?! How many is a few? When I get my hands on the person who made this, I'm going to kill them."

Lucie leant forward to defend the creator, admiring their intricate work, but decided that now wouldn't be a great time to make that case.

Lucie said, "I can't really say.. it's a really thorough curse."

Scarlett continued. "An unknown number of days _not_ thinking about sex?"

"Thinking about sex is kind of all she does.." Seth pointed out.

Scarlett stormed out. Hugo thanked Lucie for her help and chased after her. Seth and Lucie chuckled as they closed their front door behind them.
