Sneak out without getting caught

You tell Loretta, "I'll go first and make sure the coast is clear. When you hear two knocks, it's safe to come out."

You exit the stall, quickly wash your hands, and go out the door. No one is around, so you knock twice on the door. Then you head to the table and sit down. Marla smiles at you just as the waitress comes by.

"Dessert, anyone?" the waitress says cheerily.

Loretta joins you, sitting a little closer to Marla. "What do you have?" she asks.

"We have apple, cherry, or blueberry pie, chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, and creme brulée. Also, vanilla ice cream with hot fudge or caramel."

Everyone, except Bill, orders creme brulée. He orders apple pie a la mode.

Loretta and Marla continue their lively conversation, this time about how hot Brad and Angelina are together. Dessert comes, and everyone but the girls is silent. They talk between bites.
