Press on towards the Adventurer’s Guild

No time to get distracted, gotta keep movin’ Iyda.

You press on and eventually reach the back door of the guild hall. Beside which stands two tall human men. Bronze badges hang around their necks setting them out as bronze class adventurers. From the corner you take cover behind, you can hear their conversation.

“Okay so the jokes goes like this. A man walks into a tavern with a giraffe and sits down. People look at him strangely but he orders a few mugs of mead and enjoys drinking with his giraffe. After a while he pays his tab and goes to leave. The barmaiden yells after him like ‘Hey! You can’t leave that lyin’ here!’ the man turns around and says, ‘mam that’s not a lion, that’s a giraffe!’

The man telling the joke bursts out laughing and his friend speaks up clearly confused. “Hah, I can’t believe she didn’t know the difference between a lion and a giraffe.”

“Nonono Zake, the joke is that he misunderstood what she said. She said laying but it sounded like lion bro!”

The man known as Zake looks puzzled before a smile slowly creeps across his face. “Ooooohhhh I get it!.” He bursts out laughing causing the other man to laugh too.

Hah, these guys are kinda dumb. Should be nae issue to sneak past em somehow.
