Power Theory

Power Theory was a pretty interesting class. Or at least Abby thought so. It was all about the different schools of thought relating to superpowers and the science behind them.

Some of her classmates have heavy eyes as the teacher, Dr. Aikin, presents the slideshow she put together, but Abby finds herself gripped by it.

Even on the first day, she learns a lot. It wasn't just another syllabus class.

She learns, for example, that power marbles are manufactured on space stations, and that before space-travel, naturally-formed power marbles very rarely came to Earth on meteorites.

She's surprised when the bell rings after what felt like only a few minutes. She had been so caught up in the presentation, she'd lost track of time.
