Power Girl is lured into a trap

Over the past half year Onyx has committed a string of robberies to get the materials for her trap and get Power Girl's attention. The last target was high profile enough that Power Girl had to notice.

Sure enough Power Girl came for Onyx.

"Welcome Power Girl" Onyx sat on her throne one leg crossing the other with a confident smirk on her face

That smirk made Power Girl want to beat Onyx into the ground. It was as if she thought she was in control of everything.

"Onyx. Why don't you be a good girl and give back what you stole and I won't have to rough you up before I take you to jail" Power Girl stood confidently with her fists on her hips

That confidence wouldn't last for long.

"I think we will see who will be beaten to a pulp" Onyx said as she stood

It was a well known fact that kryptonians were immune to damn near everything and Onyx was just a mere human. But if humans were known for one thing it was their ingenuity. With a snap of her fingers the trap was sprung. From the lamps on the ceiling came red sun light.

"Oh no" Power Girl felt fear

Kryptonians come from a galaxy with a red sun. It is the light from earth's yellow sun that gives them their powers so red sun light renders them powerless.

"Thank you Power Girl you fell into the trap expertly and now" Onyx brandished her whip "the fun can begin"
