Pledge her undying loyalty

"Tell me you're my ****," the doctor said.
"I'm your ****," Summer said.
"You love being my foot ****, don't you?"
"Absolutely, master," Summer said. "Nothing I've ever done is as important as showing you my feet. Nothing in my life brings me pleasure like having you play with them."
"I want you to pledge your undying loyalty to me as my obedient foot ****. Take a moment, think of the perfect pledge. This is important."
**** Summer thought hard as her master massaged her soles. Then, she stood up. In a feat of flexibility only a trained ballerina and gymnast like herself could have pulled off, she brought her foot up to her forehead in a kind of salute. "I pledge to be your foot **** forever. I pledge to always put your needs first, and to ensure your eternal access to me feet. I promise to keep my feet in whatever condition you want, and to always obey you when it comes to showing them off. I understand that I am just an organ for the maintenance, upkeep, and display of my feet, and will always behave as such. And I swear that I will always be happy and honored to be your footslave."
The pledge over, summer brought her foot down just a bit and gave it a great big kiss.
