Male Hero

The Prince-heir to KINGDOM_TITLE, the only son of King PLACEHOLDER. DEBUG_HERO is a tall blond man of early twenties, while trained in traditional studies like the arts of war, sword-fighting and basic Arcane Spellcasting, his mother, the late Queen, made sure to teach him how to read and write.

His childhood was fairly lonesome, with his father mostly preoccupied with statecraft, and not having any other children his age in the palace apart from the children of servants, who were always afraid of him. The only child of servants who was never afraid of interacting with the King's heir was Sara, who taught DEBUG_HERO a lot about mischief and subterfuge.

When coming to age, DEBUG_HERO discovered he could use manipulation, a vile kind of magic that he had kept a secret and rarely uses for the implication of impureness in his bloodline, that is supposed to be the purest among mankind.

A trained Spellsword, DEBUG_HERO took an oath to see his Father back on the throne, an oath the Dragon Ascendancy religion states he has to accomplish or perish.

Female Hero

DEBUG_HERO is the only child of King PLACEHOLDER. According to KINGDOM_TITLE's succession laws she should not inherit, but her being the only direct heir to the bloodline made her father groom her towards Kingship. Teaching her sword-fighting alongside Arcane spellcasting, reading, writing and math. King PLACEHOLDER, was aware that upon his **** his daughter will face a civil war, and wanted to prepare her as much as possible. Him nominating DEBUG_HERO as his successor fractured the realm even before the "Fall of Darkness", with factions rising to renounce her claim.

DEBUG_HERO had lived a sheltered life within the royal palace, always wary of assassins, her only childhood friend was the cook's daughter, a redhead girl by the name of Sara.

While she was talented with a blade, able to wield it in either hand, DEBUG_HERO found herself much better at planning and executing plans, often using her charms or commanding presence to make people do as she willed. That came handy on the night her mother died, when she coordinated the palace guards to fend off a group of assassins.

On the eve of her becoming a woman, unknown party sent assassins to kill her family, DEBUG_HERO managed to save herself and her father, but she will always punish herself for not being able to save her mother. She vowed to find those who sent the assassins.

A year later the "Fall of Darkness" happened, and DEBUG_HERO was thrown into the dungeons by the Court Wizard.

She had to rebuild herself as well as the realm to restore order and bring justice. The only question is; would the realm accept her as their champion?

Hermaphrodite Hero

An oddity in the royal line, DEBUG_HERO had completely silver hair unlike her ancestors blond, apart from that, she was born with both sets of genitalia. The only daughter of King PLACEHOLDER, usually safeguarded as a secret, DEBUG_HERO found her innate magical abilities in early childhood, she could speak to different animals, make herself look differently and do small mischiefs, something Sara, her best friend, was very fond of.

Given her ability to periodically disguise herself like any person she wanted, her Father King PLACEHOLDER swore DEBUG_HERO to act like a prince instead of a princess. Hoping to avoid a succession war in the case he died without having a different heir. King PLACEHOLDER suspected Bellua blood in DEBUG_HERO's mother side, who had since passed, but could not deny his love for his daughter. He made sure to prepare her for rulership, finding trainers for her in stewardship, strategy, combat and spellcasting.

On the eve of her eighteenth birthday, the Court Wizard had executed his coup and exposed DEBUG_HERO to be a Bellua monstrosity, even lords who were allied with her father stepped down and offered no support when the "Fall of Darkness" came, the realm too divided to offer any resistance to the EVIL_EMPIRE.

Alone, with no friends or allies, DEBUG_HERO must find a way to restore peace to the realm she was preparing herself to rule, she must do that by overcoming prejudice against the Homo Bellua and freeing her father from where he is being kept.

But, first of all, can she survive the wilderness by her own?
