The girls perk up as you head toward the couches, and wave you over.

“Well, hello, John,” Angelica greets you. “Fancy meeting you here.”

“I know, what a crazy coincidence, right?” you laugh, taking a seat on an empty space on the couch. It’s surprisingly comfy, with fluffy cushions and plenty of space to curl up in.

She seems to notice this, and smirks as she leans back against the couch. “Don’t worry, you’ll be seeing plenty more of that outfit soon.”{endif}{endif}

You glance over at her, then at Dinah, who’s sitting cross-legged atop one of the cushions. “You two are here together? I thought you hated each other.”

“Nah, La Diabla and the Cowgirl hate each other,” Angelica corrects. “Dinah and I are fine. Don’t confuse the kayfabe stuff with real life.”

You nod absently in acknowledgement, but you’re distracted by something else. Melody looks a little apprehensive about the upcoming game, fidgeting and trying unconvincingly to play it cool.

“Hey, you don’t have to play if you don’t want to,” you remind her.

She looks up at you in surprise. “I appreciate that. But I do want to. If I’m gonna succeed in this league, I have to learn to push my limits and get out of my comfort zone. Especially when it comes to experimenting with sex.”

You nod at her approvingly. “Smart idea. Uh...good luck, I guess.”

“Thanks,” she says with a nervous giggle.

“All right!” Dinah raises her voice a little to be heard above the murmur of the partygoers. “Are y’all ready for some Truth or Dare?”
